WSheet Social ("WSheet", "we", "us") is operated by UnityCores. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit wsheet.com or use the WSheet Social platform. Related documents: Terms of Service, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account & profile

Name, email address, password (stored hashed), language preferences, and other details you provide during registration or profile updates.

Workspace & product data

Workspace and brand information, member roles, campaigns, content drafts, schedules, approvals, analytics views, and settings needed to operate the product.

Connected social accounts

When you connect a social network, we receive tokens and profile/page metadata required to manage that connection and perform actions you authorize (such as scheduling or publishing). We do not sell your social credentials.

Billing

Plan selection, subscription status, invoices, payment references, and related billing records. Card details are processed by payment providers where applicable; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Usage & diagnostics

Logs, device/browser information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, feature usage events, and error diagnostics used to secure and improve the service.

Communications

Support emails, demo requests, and other messages you send to us (for example via hello@wsheet.com).

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, and improve WSheet Social
• Authenticate users and manage workspaces, roles, and entitlements
• Process subscriptions, Free plan entitlements, and billing
• Deliver product features, including AI-assisted drafting where enabled
• Send service notices (security, account, billing, product updates)
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain platform integrity
• Comply with legal obligations

3. AI processing

When you use AI features, prompts and relevant workspace context you submit may be processed to generate drafts or insights. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process. You remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publishing.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

• Infrastructure, email, analytics, and payment providers acting on our behalf
• Social platforms you connect, limited to what is required for authorized actions
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

5. Cookies & similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and product analytics. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

6. Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion subject to those obligations.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we process, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International transfers

WSheet Social may process data in countries where UnityCores or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Your choices & rights

• Update profile and workspace settings inside the product
• Disconnect social accounts at any time
• Request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where applicable law provides those rights
• Opt out of non-essential marketing emails (service/transactional mail may still be sent)

10. Children

WSheet Social is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice when appropriate.
