Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of WSheet Social, operated by UnityCores ("UnityCores", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The service

WSheet Social provides social media workspace tools including channel connections, campaign planning, content creation assistance, scheduling, collaboration, approvals, and analytics. Features available to you depend on your plan entitlements, workspace permissions, and third-party platform availability.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract and meet any minimum age required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account and workspaces.

3. Workspaces & content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant UnityCores a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to use and publish the content and to connect the social accounts you authorize.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements.

5. AI features

AI features assist drafting and insights. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing content and for compliance with platform rules and law. AI does not replace human judgment.

6. Third-party platforms

Social networks and other integrations are governed by their own terms. Outages, API changes, or policy enforcement by those providers may affect WSheet Social features. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

7. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and interval you select. A permanent Free plan may be available as shown on the pricing page; any promotional trial (if offered) is described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by UnityCores in writing. Entitlements (brands, members, AI usage, storage, and similar limits) are enforced per plan.

8. Confidentiality & security

You must not attempt to probe, disrupt, or bypass security controls. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. We implement reasonable safeguards as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

WSheet Social, including software, branding, and documentation, is owned by UnityCores or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code except as needed to use the service.

10. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnityCores is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for social network outages, content you publish, or decisions you make based on AI outputs. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to UnityCores for WSheet Social in the three months before the claim.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify UnityCores against claims arising from your content, your use of connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account closure. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or discontinuation of the product. Provisions that should survive (including IP, liability limits, and indemnity) continue after termination.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us to close your account.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to UnityCores' principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
