WSheet Social

Help

Get started with the WSheet Social scheduler: connect channels, plan a content calendar, invite your team, and review analytics.

Getting started

  1. Create an account and verify your email.
  2. Create or join a workspace during onboarding.
  3. Connect social channels and invite teammates.
  4. Plan a content calendar, schedule posts, and review social media analytics.

Workspaces & brands

Each workspace can manage brands, members, campaigns, and content under your plan limits. Switch workspaces from the product header after sign-in when you belong to more than one.

Connections

Connect Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X and Threads from Connections inside your workspace. You can disconnect a channel at any time. Publishing depends on the permissions you grant and each platform's availability.

Platform connection guides

Connect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads

Open your brand → Channels → Connect and choose Meta. Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your Page or Instagram Professional account.

For Instagram publishing, the account must be a Professional (Business or Creator) account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal Instagram accounts cannot publish via the API.

After OAuth, select which Pages and linked Instagram accounts to add. You can reconnect later to pick up new Pages.

Convert Instagram to a business account

In the Instagram app: Settings → Account → Switch to professional account → choose Business or Creator.

Link the Instagram account to a Facebook Page you manage (Settings → Business tools and controls → Connect Facebook Page).

Return to WSheet Social and connect Meta again so we can discover the linked Professional account.

Connect LinkedIn

Choose LinkedIn from Channels → Connect. Sign in with the profile that administers your Company Page.

Grant the requested permissions so WSheet Social can publish on your behalf. Personal profile-only posting may be limited by LinkedIn policy.

Connect TikTok, YouTube, or X

Each provider opens its official OAuth window. Use the same account you want to publish from.

YouTube requires a Google Cloud OAuth client with YouTube Data API enabled. TikTok and X may require approved developer access for write scopes.

If connect fails, check that the redirect URI in your developer app matches the URL shown in Admin → Social providers.

Common publishing failures

Token expired or revoked — reconnect the channel from Channels. You will see a warning badge before expiry when token refresh is unavailable.

Missing media permissions — Instagram and Facebook posts need a publicly reachable image URL. Upload media in WSheet Social rather than pasting blocked links.

Rate limited — the platform temporarily throttled requests. Wait and retry from Publishing; do not spam Publish now.

Connection not enabled — open Channels and ensure the account toggle for publishing is on.

AI features

AI drafting and insights help speed up work. Always review outputs before publishing. You control what gets scheduled or posted.
